Is an Addiction and Mental Health Counselor, a Community Development Worker , philanthropist, entrepreneur and holds vast experience in not-for-profit organisations. Alice Hope is the founder and proprietor of MAC and MAU schools , in Buyende district a hard-to-reach area found in Uganda Africa, supporting children with developmental disabilities, orphans and vulnerable children, affected, and infected with HIV/AIDS. As a philanthropist , Hope has skilled a number of youths with income generating activities, promoted talents in the field of music , focusing on upcoming artists.

Alice Hope has represented different categories of people on national and international steering committees and community review panels, providing funding to not for profit organisations such as women and families in Africa, East African treatment access movement and has presented on different events and international conferences with special focus on challenges affecting women and girls in Africa .

Alice Hope has also contributed to the African descent society by participating in the black history month and presented on Youth and culture.
